This is the second longest/largest Khukuri made in Nepal. It is used
for sacrificial ceremonies. During the Nepalese festivals, Dashain,
that falls mainly in the month of October. In this event a large number
of goats and male-buffalo are sacrificed to celebrate on a special day
called “Mar” (Sacrifice) Ceremony. According to our belief, this
Khukuri is worshipped and used to sacrifice to make pleasure the
goddess of war and destroyer name “Mahakaali”. The Scabbard is made of
buffalo leather covered wood while the handle is made of wood. The
blade is 25” long and wooden handle is 8” long. It weight 4kg with the
sheath. The blade has engraved some artistic designs with double
