Hunting Balance Khukuri: This is one of the most beautiful shaped Khukuri which I made. It should be made in such a way that the blade and the handle must be precisely equal. Its shape reminds one of the shapes of an aboriginal weapon boomerang though it is not a military knife. The scabbard is made of wood (leather covered from outside) while the handle is made of horn or wood. A basic cutting tool that can be used for just about anything, one that comes very handy far out in the woods and even at your own backyard. This Iraqi fighting kukri must for adventure seekers, nature explorers, and wild surfers and die hard collectors. The handle is very much like to full flat tang and extra parts with hole to hang but more straight for better combination. It is improvised with unique outstanding and more protective handle, designed to safe guard user’s hand at all times. 3 Metal rivets are joined on handle to make strong blades. The blade is 12" Double decoration groove semi-polished made of high graded carbon steel, razor sharp blade. The handle is 5.5 inches long. The overall length of this kukri is 17.5 inches long. The kukri comes with Spine: 22-25 RC, Belly: 45-46 RC, Edge: 58-60 RC. I make all my kukri from truck or buss’s suspension leaf. The weight of this kukri is 1200 grams including kukri and sheath.
Since, this is handcrafted kukri therefore please note that each one might have slight variations in measurement
